Like me, you have installed the Windows Azure SDK 1.4 and your web site in asp.net mvc does not work, you juste have a blank page ! Gosh, what's going on !!!!
It's simple, the setup of Windows Azure SDK 1.4, seems to have forgot the complete configure your IIS 7.5 :s
To resolve the problem, in Windows 7:
Open the Control Panel -> Programs- > Turn Windows features on or off and check that HTTP Redirection and Static Content are checked.
